Tasos is a hands-on engineer with a number of development projects under his belt. He is the founder of T.P. Aeolian Dynamics Ltd, the best performing wind farm in Cyprus. Through his other companies he has managed the installation of electrical plants and mechanical infrastructure in developments across Cyprus. He has successfully performed the role of Project Manager in many construction and energy projects over the last 15 years, successfully progressed the permits and licenses for four wind farms in Cyprus and most recently oversaw the entire construction and erection of the 10.8MW wind farm owned by Aeolian Dynamics. Having graduated with a B. Eng (Hons) Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Frederick University of Nicosia, Tasos has a strong background in both Electromechanichal Engineering and Business Management.
Andreas holds an MBA and an MSC in IT from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, US and a BBA from The McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, US. Andreas is also a CySEC licensed investment professional. He has been working in the financial industry since 2004 in a number of client facing roles in business development and sales and advising clients on investments. Andreas has excellent quantitative and analytical skills as well as communication skills and has been instrumental in attracting foreign direct investments in Cyprus. Andreas has also served on a number of boards as an independent director. In 2011 took a key role in the initial financing and development of the T.P. Aeolian Dynamics Ltd wind farm. Andreas was instrumental in bringing TFC to Cyprus in 2013 and was solely responsible for securing from them the required €15m all equity capital raising, at a time when no other Foreign Direct Equity Investment was raised by a corporate in the country.
Sotiris is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer specialising in the energy sector, having received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Piraeus University of Applied Sciences - Athens, Greece and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Frederick University, Cyprus. He has been employed at Aeolian Dynamics since 2008 and has worked closely with the company's management for developing, planning and licensing wind farms of 160MW total installed capacity in Cyprus and abroad. Sotiris has acquired specialised knowledge in managing renewable energy power plants at all stages, from design to commercial operation. During Aeolian Dynamics wind farm construction in 2014-2015, he was part of the management team that successfully delivered the project ahead of schedule. From 2015 until now, he has been responsible for the company assets, wind farm operations and contracts management.
